Final Four Picks 2016

Oklahoma vs Villanova Odds (-2, 145.5)

About Oklahoma : Probable Top-5 NBA picks Buddy Hield has showcased his talents in the 2016 NCAA tournament and leads Oklahoma to their first Final Four. The Sooners should have a nice home-court advantage with their campus not far from the Houston arena. Hield demands double teams which frees up the Sooners outside shooters that hit 42.8% beyond the arc. Oklahoma will have the edge under the boards with a 68.4 to 61.9 advantage in rebounds per game.

About Villanova: The Wildcats’ were dominated by the Sooners in early December 55-78 as -5 point home favorites. Villanova appears to be a more seasoned team at this stage with a nice blend of defense, physicality and free-throw shooting and points in the paint. The Wildcats’ weaknesses are depth, reliance on the three-point shot and lack of star power. 6’11” 245 Lb. center Daniel Ochefu is a solid offensive player but is not the type of impact player that Buddy Hield is.

Syracuse vs North Carolina Odds (-9.5 145.0)

The Orangeman will have the size advantage over the Tarheels with their starting-5 having 1″ edge in height with Tyler Roberson providing a presence in the paint. In two meetings with top ranked North Carolina this season the Orangemen have kept things fairly lose with a -8.0 point margin of loss. Syracuse shooting guard Trevor Cooney has been on fire from three-point range going 7-13 his past four games.
