ESPN2 News Expert MLB Picks Analysis: The New York Yankees were in dire need of pitching and they received a huge boost with the signing of Japanese star Mashahiro Tanaka. The signing of Tanaka closed the gap between the Yankees and world champion Red Sox who are also listed at 12 to 1. A.L.
