Sadam Ali – Lanky 5’9” outside speed fighter that likes to move and counterpunch. Has good power in both hands but is not a knockout artist. Counter left hook is his most effective weapon. Slick defender that can be very hard to catch especially in the early rounds because of his agility. On the downside, Ali has an average chin, lacks head movement and wears down in the later rounds. A natural welterweight, will be at a size disadvantage against Cotto.  Cotto vs Ali Fight Odds Total is at 8.5 Rounds

Miguel Cotto – Physically strong 5’7 1/2” Puncher/Boxer that has become more of a boxer in recent years. Still a heavy-handed bomber with the left hook generating the most force. Goes to the body effectively but is nowhere near the bodysnatcher he was early in his career. Technically proficient with textbook technique and punching style. Very difficult to tag cleanly on the chin with his high guard and tucked jaw. On the downside the aging Cotto can be outboxed and outworked by faster more active fighters. Face is susceptible to cuts and swells. Slow starter.
